Infinistone is a coined word of "Infinity" and "Stone" combined.
Our company name stands for "Infinite Stone", and it represents "a solid and lasting bonding". The name is the foundation of our corporate philosophy, expressing our determination to create a "solid bond with our stakeholders", in other words, "a society of coexistence and co-creation with all people, regardless of nationality".
I came to study in Japan from Dalian, China, in 2009, at the age of 18. I initially had a really hard time living alone in Japan.
On the first day I moved out of the dormitory and to a rented room, I spent the night in a dark room with no water, not knowing that in Japan you have to go through the procedures for opening water, electricity and gas yourself.
I was also surprised to learn that the fees for lifeline services are paid afterwards. On one occasion, my rubbish was left in front of the entrance, and I learnt that if I did not "sort the rubbish", they would not collect it.
These commonplace for Japanese people can be stressful for us foreign nationals and make us feel uneasy about our life as a student. My driving force behind the establishment of Infinistone in 2018 is that I didn't want other young students to have to go through this bitter experience.
The first and most important thing is to explain the Japanese culture, customs and systems that you need to know about living in Japan in your own language, and to provide as much service as possible on behalf of our customers who are not fluent in Japanese. All of our staff, like myself, are former international students, so we can relate to what our customers don't understand and what they are having trouble with. We are able to provide a service that really reaches out to their itch.
We also contact you regularly after you move in to help you solve any problems you may face in Japan. Our support system has earned us a high reputation as an "integrated service from moving in to moving out".
Our staff will continue to strive for further growth of our support business so that foreign residents in the best possible way.
We look forward to welcome you in Japan.
We are altruistic and build hard bonds with our stakeholders, aiming to realize a society of co-existence and co-creation with all people, regardless of nationality.
We are a global company with loyal and honest staff with respect for others.
