Working hours: 10:00 AM ~ 7:00 PM (8 hours of scheduled work time with a 1-hour break). Salary: Monthly salary system. Compensation will be determined based on experience, performance, ability, and contribution, in accordance with company regulations. There are opportunities for biannual salary increases, conducted at the end of each half-year. Days off and vacation:Two days off per week (rotating shifts), New Year holidays, Golden Week holiday, summer vacation, etc. Work location: 3rd Floor, Vip Otsuka Kagawa Building, 2-2-10 Kitaotsuka, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Access:3 minutes walk from the North Exit of Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line. |

(Applies to all positions) Application requirements: Fluent in one or more languages other than native language. PC skills:Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Language proficiency certificates: The following certificates or certificates of equivalent level. JLPT N1 or higher, HSK Level 5 or higher, TOEIC score of 650 or higher. Professional qualifications: Position 1 and 2:Preferential consideration for candidates who have obtained the Real Estate Transaction Specialist (宅地建物取引士) qualification. Position 3:Preferential consideration for candidates who have obtained at least Nissho Bookkeeping(日商簿記) Level 2 or higher and FP Level 2 or higher qualifications. For applicants with Japanese nationality, priority will be given to those with overseas study experience.
