We were honoured to be invited by Shimada House Co., Ltd. to attend the ‘2nd S-1 Grand Prix Awards Ceremony’. This ceremony was held to deepen our bonds with all our valued partners and stakeholders, while also celebrating outstanding achievements. On this occasion, our company was awarded the certificate for ‘Second Place in Area C’ from among the many participating companies. Our company visited Vietnam and received a warm welcome from local stakeholders. Despite differences in language and culture, we were delighted to engage in exchanges based on mutual sincerity. During this visit, we had the valuable opportunity to experience Vietnamese culture and the warmth of its people, including visiting Hanoi’s famous sites such as Hoan Kiem Lake and the 36 Streets, and sampling local traditional cuisine. Although our stay was brief, we gained much insight and built trusting relationships. On 6 June 2025, a one-day tour to Tokyo Disney Sea was organised as an in-house event to commemorate the successful completion of the busy season and to thank employees for their hard work.The day was blessed with fine weather and all employees were able to deepen their friendship while refreshing themselves.The day was full of smiles as we enjoyed the attractions and shows.

Following the Japan Education Fair in the fall, our representative, Mr. Fujisawa, participated in the Japan Education Fair hosted by the Shenyang High-Speed Foreign Language Training School on April 18.On the day of the fair, representatives from Japanese educational institutions and foreign student support organizations in Japan were present to explain to the fair participants about studying in Japan, living and working in Japan, and other topics.

Today, we visited Global Trust Networks, Inc. (GTN), a company that we have been working with for many years, as an external training program, together with new employees.Thank you very much for this valuable experience!

On the day of the event, the participants warmed up thoroughly, focusing on light stretching, and began the competition after taking injury prevention into consideration.Teams were divided by drawing lots, and employees who had little contact with each other in the course of their work naturally communicated with each other, deepening their sense of unity.Although there was no prior practice, there were some heated matches where differences in strength could be seen and others where the teams were evenly matched, with all teams taking on the challenge with a united spirit.At the closing ceremony, a tense awards ceremony was held, with the top three teams receiving prizes.Afterwards, all employees enjoyed a barbecue, and the meal after the exercise was exceptional.The day was a great opportunity to deepen exchanges in a friendly atmosphere from start to finish and to further strengthen the bonds among employees.We would like to thank everyone who participated in the event for their hard work.

Infiniston Corporation held its 2025 initiation ceremony at its Tokyo headquarters in conjunction with the general meeting of employees. This year, five new graduates joined the company after undergoing pre-employment training. On November 8th and 9th, we participated in the “Foreigners’ Life Support EXPO” held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center Hamamatsucho Hall. During the period, many visitors, including many international students, visited our company INFINISTONE’s booth. This event was a very valuable opportunity for our company. On September 7th, we took part in the Japan Study Abroad Fair held at Shenyang Shinkansen Foreign Language School. Throughout the event, our INFINISTONE booth attracted many visitors, including numerous international students. This fair provided us with a valuable platform to showcase our services and engage with people interested in studying abroad in Japan. Moving forward, we will continue to dedicate ourselves to supporting foreigners living in Japan in both employment and academic advancement, helping them achieve their goals more effectively.

On June 28th and 29th, we participated in the “1st Job & Study Fair for International Students 2024” held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center Hamamatsucho Hall. During the event, many visitors, including numerous international students, visited our company INFINISTONE’s booth. This event was a very valuable opportunity for our company. Moving forward, we will continue our efforts to support the employment and further education of foreigners residing in Japan.

We held the awardceremony for the second half of the fiscal year 2024. The top three performers in sales revenue and contract numbers in the Sales Department, as well as one outstanding employe of the year 2024, were recognized for their achievements. They were presented with certificates and gifts by Mr. Fujisawa, the Representative Director, to honor their accomplishments.

On May 8, we held a sports day and a barbecue. Before the start of the badminton game, we did light stretching exercises to warm up and prevent injuries. After drawing lots to divide the participants into 9 groups, colleagues who rarely interact at work formed teams to communicate and unite! Some had experience in sports such as basketball or soccer, while others were a bit out of breath after a long absence from physical activity. Nevertheless, everyone gave it their all and enjoyed the game. Due to the lack of prior practice, there was a wide range of skill levels, resulting in both unbalanced and evenly matched games, with all teams working together to challenge themselves! Prizes were awarded to the top two teams during the closing ceremony!After the sports activities, all the staff participated in the barbecue, which had a very warm atmosphere! We tasted delicious barbecued meat, and the day’s activities ended in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We spent a very fulfilling time together.

President Fujisawa participated in the Education Fair for Japanese Students on April 20, which was organized by Shenyang Shinkansen Foreign Language Training School.On that day, more than 60 famous Japanese colleges and professional organizations exhibited at the exhibition, providing face-to-face communication and counseling to students, solving their questions in choosing schools, majors, visas, etc., as well as mutual exchanges about the field of employment support in Japan.

President Fujisawa met with Japanese language education expert, Ms. Nakamura, in Changsha, Hunan, China. The meeting aimed to explore potential collaborations between the corporate and educational sectors in Japanese language training and cultural exchange.

The 2024 induction ceremony was held at the Tokyo headquarters of Infinistone Corporation, together with a general meeting of employees. This year, a total of eight employees – one mid-career hire and seven new graduates – joined the company after undergoing pre-employment training. Today, December 12th, our company, Infinistone, celebrated its 5th anniversary, and we held a 5th anniversary appreciation party to which we invited everyone who has always supported us.

We received a greeting from our representative director, Unryu Fujisawa, and we received words of congratulations from over 30 business partners, for which we are very grateful. It was a great meeting with many people in attendance. Although it was a short time, I hope that everyone who took care of me could enjoy it even a little.

We participated in the International Job Fair Tokyo 2023 held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Centre Hamamatsucho for two days on 24 and 25 November.
Many people, including international students, visited our Infinistone booth, which was a great opportunity for us.

A total of six employees were presented with certificates and gifts by President Unryu Fujisawa in recognition of their achievements in sales department sales, deal volume performance and outstanding employees in 2023.

Today, 1 November, we held an informal ceremony for new graduates for the year 2024.
This year, a total of seven new recruits were offered positions: five Chinese and two Vietnamese.
Although some of the new recruits were unable to attend the ceremony due to personal reasons, the five new recruits who were able to attend were presented with their certificates of employment and the ceremony was successfully concluded.

Abroad Education Exhibition held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China.
Our representative, Mr. Fujisawa, attended the Bincai International Study Abroad Education Exhibition hosted by the Harbin Bincai Education Group on September 24, 2023. The exhibition took place at the multifunctional hall of the Bincai Vocational Education School in Harbin. On that day, representatives from over 60 Japanese educational institutions and support organizations for Japanese students participated. During the exhibition, students from the Bincai Vocational Education School performed to showcase their academic achievements and demonstrate the school’s diverse vocational education policies. Our company provided information on studying in Japan, living in Japan, and support for employment in Japan to the attendees of the education exhibition.

“Our representative, Mr. Fujisawa, participated in the Spring 2023 Japan Study Abroad Education Fair held in Shenyang, Liaoning, China. The event was organized by the Shenyang Shinkansen Foreign Language School on April 22nd. Over 50 representatives from Japanese educational institutions attended the fair to provide explanations about studying in Japan to the participants. On the following day, April 23rd, Mr. Fujisawa paid a courtesy visit to Bincai Transportation Service Vocational School in Harbin, Heilongjiang. During the visit, they exchanged information regarding studying in Japan and support for employment in Japan.
